Training Safety Rules
At Rogue Jiu-Jitsu, safety comes first. While jiu-jitsu is a combat sport, training should never put our partners at unnecessary risk. Some techniques are outright illegal in competition, while others may be allowed elsewhere but carry a higher chance of injury. For the well-being of all students, the following rules outline what is banned, restricted, or advanced-only at our academy. Please review them carefully and train with respect at all times.
